基于智能功率模块的开关磁阻电机控制器设计

摘要 针对开关磁阻电机控制器采用分立功率元件外围驱动电路复杂,可靠性较低的状况,本控制器系统功率变换器采用基于智能功率模块的"H"桥式主电路,与采用分立的功率器件相比,硬件电路更为简单可靠,改善了电机工作性能.同时,电机在低速和中速阶段采用不同的斩波模式,改善了电机运行效果.在调速控制方法上采用转速外环,电流内环的双闭环PI控制方式,并在此基础上结合一台1.5KW的四相8/6极SR电动机展开驱动控制系统的设计,实现了电机的双相绕组同时通电的稳定运行和良好调速效果. On account of the problems of complex circuit and lower reliability because that the switched reluctance motor controller use discrete power devices for the external drive,this system power converter circuit adopted intelligent power module "H" bridge main circuit.Compared with discrete power devices,the hardware circuit is simpler,reliable with improved motor performance.The devices used different chopped wave mode in the stage of low speed and medium speed,which improved their working performance.For speed control methods,PI double loop control was used.Finally,based on the above,with a 1.5 kW four-phase and 8/6 pole switched reluctance motor,the drive control system was designed and reliable operation and good speed regulation of the motor's simultaneous electrifying two phase loops were realized.
