不同甜高粱品种(系)萌发期耐盐性研究 被引量:12

Study on Salt Tolerance of Different Sweet Sorghum Cultivars at Germination Stage

摘要 对94份甜高粱种质资源在发芽期进行耐盐性鉴定。结果表明,随着盐浓度的升高,发芽率呈现出下降趋势。不同品种(系)间的耐盐能力存在明显差异,按盐害百分率分级,1级品种(相对盐害率﹤20%)5份,3级品种(相对盐害率20%~40%)17份,5级品种(相对盐害率40%~60%)36份,7级品种(相对盐害率60%~80%)15份,9级品种(相对盐害率≥80%)21份。其中芽期耐盐性强(耐盐级别3级以上)的高粱品种22份,占供试材料的23.40%。 Seed germination of 94 sweet sorghum cuhivars were investigated through simulating salt stress at different salinity levels. The results indicated that with the increasing of salinity, all materials showed a decrease to various extents in germination rate and germination potential. The salt tolerance of different cuhivars was obviously different. The 94 sorghum varieties were classified based on relative salt - injury rate. Five of them were fallen into the first - level tolerance, while 17 into the third - level tolerance, 36 into the fifth - level tolerance, 15 into the seventh - level tolerance, and 21 into the ninth - level tolerance. There were 22 varieties with high salt tolerance, whose relative salt - injury rate was less than 40%.
