温室白粉虱对无毛黄瓜叶片PAL、PPO、POD活性的影响 被引量:12

摘要 以抗白粉虱能力不同的两类型黄瓜自交系为试材,研究了白粉虱侵害黄瓜后不同类型叶片中POD、PAL、PPO活性变化。结果表明:无毛黄瓜较有毛黄瓜抗白粉虱,抗性材料无毛黄瓜遭受白粉虱危害后,第二、三叶POD活性增长量分别高于有毛黄瓜53.24%(P<0.01)和86.74%(P<0.01);第二、三叶的PAL酶活性增长量高于有毛黄瓜,且第三叶酶活性增长量高于有毛黄瓜322.27%(P<0.01);接种后两类型黄瓜各个叶片PPO活性差异不显著,无毛黄瓜第一叶和第二叶PPO活性增长量分别高于有毛黄瓜42.63%和51.59%,但差异不显著。 In this experiment, the variation of PAL, PPO and POD activity in two types ot cucumt)er leaves were studied after attacked by whitefly in greenhouse. The results indicated that glabrous cucumber was more resistant to whitefly. The increment of POD activity in the second and third leaves of glabrous cucumber were 53.24% and 86.74% respectively higher ( P 〈 0.01 ) than that of common cucumber. The increment of PAL activity in the second and third leaves were also higher than that of common cucumber, especially that in the third leaves increased by 322. 27% (P 〈0.01 ). The differences of PPO activity in every leaf of the two cucumber lines were not significant, and the increment of PPO activity in the first and second leaves of glabrous cucumber were 42. 63% and 51.59% respectively higher than that of common cucumber.
