摘要
介绍二极1000MW级火电发电机转子以及四极1000MW级核电发电机转子轴向-径向通风冷却系统主要情况。轴向-径向通风系统是大型汽轮发电机中应用较广的一种通风方式。在该类通风系统中,气隙的流场分布及转子各风道的流量分配直接影响其通风冷却效果。采用数值模拟方法对转子轴向-径向通风冷却系统流动特性进行研究,得到了气隙的流场分布、轴径向速度分布以及转子各风道的流量分配规律。研究结果对汽轮发电机转子轴向-径向通风系统的设计及优化具有指导意义。
Axial-radial ventilation system was widely applied in large-scale turbogenerator rotors.Main parameters of this system for 2-pole and 4-pole 1000MW class turbinegenerators are introduced.The flow field of the gap between the rotor and stator and the mass flow distribution influences on the cooling condition of the axial-radial ventilation system.The numerical simulation study on the axial-radial ventilation characteristics of turbine generator rotor was carried out,the results showed the flow distribution,the swirl and axial velocity distribution in the gap between the rotor and stator and the mass flow distribution of the cooling passage.The results are helpful for design and optimization of the axial-radial ventilation system of turbogenerator rotors.
