摘要 为提高感应电机转子断条诊断的准确性,提出了一种基于EMD分解的诊断方法。选取单相功率频谱作为分析对象,通过对单相功率频谱进行EMD分解,准确地提取了2sf故障特征量。仿真结果表明,该方法诊断灵敏度高、直观清晰,有效地解决了定子电流中故障分量频率与基波频率相近而不易被EMD分解的难题,是一种有效的可行方法。 In order to improve the precision of fault diagnosis in induction motor,the fault diagnosis method based on EMD is put forward in this text.Single-phase power spectrum is analyzed in EMD is brought forward and fault frequency 2sf is picked up in single-phase power spectrum.Simulation results show that this method is high sensitive and clear.It successfully solved the problem of which fault component frequency of rotor broken bar is too close to basic wave to be separated in stator current.It is feasible to apply in motor fault diagnosis.
