游梁式抽油机用电动机软起动模糊自适应控制系统的设计与仿真

摘要 针对游梁式抽油机用电动机直接起动电流过大的问题,设计了一种游梁式抽油机用电动机软起动模糊自适应控制系统。将电流偏差和偏差的变化率作为输入量,晶闸管触发角的变化作为输出量,对电动机实施恒流软起动。基于MATLAB/SIMULINK仿真软件进行了该系统的仿真研究,结果表明,该系统能有效地降低电动机起动电流,起动过程平稳,无冲击和振荡,且控制效果优于常规模糊控制方法。实验证明,本文给出的控制方法和仿真结果是正确、有效的。 Considering the large starting current of shift-beam oil pump motor,this paper presents a fuzzy self-adaptive control system of soft starting of oil pump motor.Constant current soft starting of motor is achieved by taking current error and error change rate as input and the change of the thyristor trigger angle as output.The fuzzy self-adaptive control system is simulated based on MATLAB/SIMULINK.The simulation results show that the proposed system can effectively decrease the starting current and start smoothly without impulse and oscillation.Compare in the traditional fuzzy control method,self-adaptive fuzzy control method is superior.Finally the experiments demonstrate that the control method and simulation results are correct and effective.
