Osstem种植系统临床应用效果观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨Osstem种植系统两种不同设计种植体的临床应用效果。方法对436例缺牙患者行Osstem种植体植入3,~6个月后行上部义齿修复,并对其进行定期临床和放射学随访观察。结果根据436例患者缺牙区软硬组织不同状况,采用相应术式共植入725枚种植体;其中Osstem GSⅡ种植体314枚、Osstem SSⅡ种植体411枚;随访观察7~45个月,成功率为99.3%。结论选择合适的病例,配合应用相应术式,Osstem种植系统临床应用效果良好。
