摘要
为了建立基于沥青路面动态参数设计方法的路面质量验收标准,对弯沉综合修正系数F进行了研究.利用ABAQUS有限元程序,引入土基的非线性本构模型及其他结构层的动态模量来计算路表理论弯沉.修筑室内足尺试验路,并利用FWD测试其弯沉,根据F的定义,计算试验路各结构的F值.分析《公路沥青路面设计规范》及已有研究成果中的F修正公式,选定用于公式回归的变量,利用弯沉盆参数建立新的沥青路面弯沉综合修正系数F的计算公式,并依据此公式建立了相应的弯沉验收方法.使用室外试验路的弯沉盆数据来检验新的F修正公式的正确性.验证结果表明:回归的F公式验证效果较好,具有一定程度的适用性.
In order to establish the pavement quality acceptance standards based on dynamic parameters design method of asphalt pavement,deflection synthetic correction factor F is discussed.The nonlinear constitutive model of the subgrade soil and dynamic parameters of the other layer are used to calculate the theoretical deflection thought the ABAQUS finite element program.The deflections of indoor full-scale experiment road have been tested by falling weight deflectometer(FWD).According to the definition of synthetic deflection correction factor,the theoretical deflection and the FWD testing deflection are compared,then the F values of the experiment road of different structures are calculated.By analyzing F correction formula in the standard and the results of this study,the primary variables in correction formula F are selected,and then the new modified formula F is regressed based on deflection basin parameters.The deflection basin data of the outdoor experimental road are used to validate the correctness of the new F correction formula.The results show that the formula F regressed performs well,and its feasibility to a certain extent is proved.
