中国农民心理和谐的结构特征

The Structure of Psychological Harmony of Chinese Farmers

为了编制中国农民心理和谐问卷,首先采用开放式问卷对280名农民进行了调查和访谈,内容分析表明中国农民心理和谐包含四个方面,在此基础上编制了中国农民心理和谐预试问卷。对536份有效问卷的探索性因素和验证性因素分析表明,中国农民心理和谐问卷包含四个因素,包括社会环境、人际氛围、生活环境和自我状态。为了进一步检验中国农民心理和谐问卷的质量,对3302名农民的调查完成了对该问卷的信效度检验。中国农民心理和谐问卷具有较好的信度与效度。

The primary purpose of this research was to determine the structure of Psychological Harmony of Chinese farmers from an indigenous perspective,through developing and validating a inventory.An initial sample （n=280） from Yunnan farmers were surveyed and interviews completed the open-ended questionnaire.Their responses were subjected to content analyses and four domains of Psychological Harmony emerged：Social environment,interpersonal atmosphere,living environment,ego state,and the pre-trial psychological harmony of Chinese Farmers Questionnaire were constructed.In a second sample,536 farmers been for exploratory factor analysis（EFA） and confirmatory factor analysis（CFA） resulted in a four factor solution comprising social environment,interpersonal environment,living environment and self-state.To further test the quality of the questionnaire of psychological harmony of China Farmers,3302 farmers completed the questionnaire＇s test of reliability and validity.Cronbach＇s Alpha,Spearman-Brown,content validity,construct validity and criterion validity analysis of results show that China farmers psychological harmony questionnaire has good reliability and validity.
