摘要
近年来,随着以粉末合成块为代表的人造金刚石合成工艺的迅速推广,大压机更新换代发展势头迅猛。以无缸压机为代表的压机已从Φ650、Φ1000向Φ1500缸径迈进。而以有缸压机为代表的压机也从Φ700、Φ750缸径向Φ850缸径方向发展。与大压机配套的顶锤也朝着尺寸大的方向发展,压机顶锤直径也从Φ142、Φ160、Φ175向Φ199甚至Φ220尺寸发展。然而,大顶锤或大压机这种在原尺寸上按比例的放大,无疑加重了投资者的负担,使得大压机只能是财大气粗的大户才能用得起,并且投资回报期也不能如投资者所愿。因此,实现低成本、高产出、高回报才是每个厂商的真正愿望。
During recent years,with rapid promotion of synthesis process of artificial diamond represented by powder synthetic block,large-size press equipment is speedily updated.Press represented by no-vat press has been developed from vat diameter of Φ650 and Φ1000 to vat diameter of Φ1500.Press represented by vat press has been developed from vat diameter of Φ700 and Φ750 to vat diameter of Φ850.Top hammer matched with the large-size press is also developed toward large size with its diameter developed from Φ142,Φ160 and Φ175 to Φ199 and even to Φ220.However,it is no doubt that large-size anvil or large-size press which is amplified as per a certain proportion based on the original dimension increases the burden of the investors.In this way,only larger users with powerful financial strength can use large-size presses and investment pay-back period is not as expected by investors.The true dream of each manufacturer is how to realize low cost,high output and high return.
