摘要
简介了金刚石工具胎体合金的发展等状况;对胎体合金的作用及影响其"把持力"与"耐磨性"两个关键性能的因素作了分析。在此基础上归纳出胎体合金的特性,并介绍了如何取此特性,用以指导选用与研制胎体合金时作为参考。
In the paper,it has introduced the development status of matrix alloy of diamond tools and analyzed the matrix alloy function and the influence on the holding force and wear resistance.Based on this,the author sums up the characteristics of matrix alloy and describes how to get these characteristics to guide the selection and development study of matrix alloy.
