摘要
采用同步辐射白光形貌术对山东蓝宝石的位错等晶体缺陷进行分析研究。山东蓝宝石薄片的同步辐射白光形貌图像揭示,大部分蓝宝石不同程度的存在结构缺陷,其中,样品的不同区域、不同方位、不同颜色的缺陷明显程度不同,特别值得关注的是黄褐色蓝宝石及蓝宝石中黄褐色区域结构缺陷明显,变形严重。其规律性有待进一步研究。
Crystal defects of Shandong sapphire are studied by using synchrotron radiation white-beam topography.The results reveal that most sapphire show structure defects and obvious extent of which is different in different areas,crystallization directions and colors.The phenomenon worthy special focus is yellow-brown sapphire and yellow-brown areas in other sapphires have obvious structure defects and strong distortion.The rule of them need more research.
