深圳市光明新区老年人健康管理适宜技术实施效果及评价

Implementation Effects and Evaluation of Suitable Health Management Technology Among the Aged in Guangming New District of Shenzhen

目的探讨老年人健康管理适宜技术的实施效果,评价老年人社区健康管理适宜技术的应用情况。方法采用随机抽样方法抽取665例年龄≥60岁的老年人,对适宜技术实施前后的生活方式、健康行为、卫生知识、社区卫生服务的利用、需求及满意度和健康管理知信行情况进行问卷调查。结果实施前后,老年人卫生服务各项指标之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),实施后老年人卫生服务的成本—效果、成本—效益以及成本—效用有较大幅度提高。结论健康管理适宜技术的规范及卫生服务的发展,提高了社区老年人的健康水平和生活质量,降低了老年疾病的医疗费用支出,减轻了社区居民的经济负担。

OBJECTIVE Aimed to detect the implementation effects of suitable health management technology in the aged,then evaluated the application of community health management technology among the elderly.METHODS Selected random sampling method to get 665 cases of elderly people aged ≥60 years,then made an questionnaire survey to investigate the difference before and after the implementation of suitable technology,including lifestyle,health behavior,health knowledge,the use of community health services,needs and satisfaction as well as health management situation KAP.RESULTS There were statistic difference（P0.05）among health service indexes in the aged before and after measures be carried out.In some extend,it raised cost-effectiveness、cost–benefit as well as cost-utility in Elderly Health Services after measures be carried out.CONCLUSION It has greatly promoted the development of community health services、improved health level and life quality of the aged in community、reduced age-related diseases medical expenses as well as cutting down the economic burden of community residents when suitable health management technology be specification.
