城市基层医疗卫生机构妇女健康风险评估的现状研究

Study on the Current Situation of Women's Health Risk Appraisal in Basic Medical Institutions

目的了解城市基层医疗卫生机构开展妇女健康风险评估的现状,为推动我国健康管理的发展提供参考依据。方法对来自我国4个城市的20名熟悉妇女健康管理或健康风险评估的机构负责人和行政管理人员进行个人深入访谈。结果大部分基层医疗卫生机构开展了妇女健康管理工作,但健康风险评估环节比较薄弱。个别机构尝试开展健康风险评估,但尚未针对妇女群体。供需双方对妇女健康风险评估的认识普遍不足。人员和技术支撑不足阻碍了妇女健康风险评估的发展。健康档案信息无法满足妇女健康风险评估的需求。结论我国政府和有关部门应当强化以健康为中心的观念,促进服务模式转变;以健康档案为基础,开展科学研究,突破评估工具的限制;加强岗位培训,增加专业人员数量。

OBJECTIVE To explore the current situation of women＇s health risk appraisal in basic medical institutions and provide references for improving health management in China.METHODS 20 informants from 4 cities were interviewed using in-depth interview method.RESULTS Women＇s health management was carried out in most basic medical institutions,but health risk appraisal was weak.Some institutions tried to provide health risk appraisal,but it didn＇t aim at women.Service providers and women had insufficient understanding of health risk appraisal.Development of women＇s health risk appraisal was hindered by inadequate personnel and technical support.The information from health records couldn＇t meet the demand for women＇s health risk appraisal.CONCLUSION Government should strengthen focusing on health and promote transformation of medical services mode,carry out research based on health record and strengthen job training.
