中西医治疗血虚风燥型手足癣成本-效果分析

Cost-effectiveness Analyses of Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine for Tinea Manuum and Pedis of Blood Deficiency and Wind-dryness

目的探讨不同治疗方案对血虚风燥型手足癣所产生的临床疗效和经济学效果。方法 138例手足癣患者根据不同治疗方案分为中药组和西药组,运用药物经济学成本—效果分析方法进行评价。结果中药组和西药组21天愈显效率分别为85.71﹪和66.18﹪,成本-效果比分别为0.18和0.69,6个月复发率分别为12.86﹪和36.76﹪。结论中药组更经济有效。

OBJECTIVE To study the clinical efficacy and economic effectiveness of different pharmacotberapy in the treatment of tinea manuum and pedis of blood-deficiency and wind-dryness. METHODS A total of t38 patients with tinea manuum and pedis were divided into Chinese medicine and western medicine group, and assessed by using cost-effectiveness analysis in pharmacoeconomics. RESULTS The cure rate and effective rates of 21 days of Chinese medicine and western medicine group were 85.71% and 66.18%, the cost-effectiveness ratio were 0.18 and 0.69, Recurrence rate of 6 months of Chinese medicine and western medicine group were 12.86% and 36.76%. CONCLUSION The Chinese medicine group was proved to be more economical and efficacious as compared with the western medicine group.
