摘要
针对诸暨市在经济和社会持续快速发展过程中出现的交通问题,研究了缓解诸暨市道路交通拥堵的对策。首先对市区内的路段交通进行了优化设计;其次针对市区停车难问题给出了具体的解决措施,并就市区内公交现状,提出了具体的公交优先措施;同时对市区内的交通流组织做了优化处理,建议实施四条单行线路,而且在相应的路口建议采用禁左措施,并以诸暨中学为例对学校进出口交通做了优化。最后建设市区智能交通控制系统,加强路网协调,以确保诸暨市城区交通的畅通。
Strategies of solving traffic jam in Zhuji city are studied in response to the trattic jam problems in the process of sustainable and rapid economic and social development. First of all, road traffic in urban areas will be optimized. Secondly, specific solutions are offered to difficult parking problem in the city, and practical public transportation priority measures are proposed according to the current situation of public transportation in urban areas. In the third place, the traffic flow organization in the city will optimized, and it is recommended to set four one-way streets and place left-turn ban at the corresponding intersections,and then taking Zhuji city Middle School an example, the entrance and exit traffic of schools gets optimized. At last,intelligent urban traffic control system in the city will be established to strengthen the coordination of road network,and ensure the smooth traffic in Zhuji city.
