土地利用总体规划对生态系统服务价值的影响——以淳安县为例

Impact on Ecosystem Service Value by Land Use Planning A Study Case of Chun'an Country

以淳安县土地利用规划为研究对象，采用Costanza的生态系统服务价值计算方法，参照谢高地中国陆地生态系统单位服务价值系数，结合敏感度分析，探讨了淳安县土地利用总体规划对生态系统服务价值的影响。研究结果表明，在土地利用总体规划期间（2006—2020年），淳安县生态服务价值总体呈下降趋势，生态系统服务价值将净减少68．91×10^6元；生态系统服务价值下降的主导因素是规划建设占用和耕地补充。规划实施过程应该加强对生态环境的保护。

This paper takes the land use of Chun＇an Country as the research object,based on the Costanza method and the Chinese land ecosystem services unit area value proposed by Xie Gaodi, and combined with the sensitivity coefficient analysis,and make a discussion about county-level the land use planning Chun＇an of ecosystem service value forecast. The results show that the value of ecosystem services in period of land use planning 2006-2020 Chun＇an-county has a decreasing trend,and will be a loss of net 68.91 million CNY. The factors of the ecosystem services function value failing are construction occupied and cultivated land replenished. Land use planning implementation process should strengthen the protection of the ecological environment.
