摘要
统筹城乡协调发展,是我们全面实现小康社会,构建社会主义和谐社会进程中的应有议题,而统筹城乡协调发展的当务之急,是实现城乡公共服务的均等化。在统筹城乡中,推进基本公共服务均等化,对实现城乡协调发展,使广大农民平等参与现代化进程、共享改革发展成果,有着十分重要的意义。
Planning the city and countryside development is the essential subject under discussion in the process of building a well-off society in an all-round way and constructing the socialistic harmonious society.In order to plan the city and countryside development,the most urgent is to achieve the equalization of public services.In the integration of urban and rural areas,promoting the equalization of public services is of great significance in planning the city and countryside development,farmers equally participating modernization process and sharing the result of reformation and development.
