摘要
PBL(Problem-Based Learning)是以问题为导向的教学方法,是以学生为中心的教育方式。该课程模式是"以教师为引导,以学生为中心",以"教师课前提出问题-学生查找资料-分组讨论-教师总结"为教学过程,与传统教学方法比较,更容易调动学生学习的主动性、积极性和创造性,重视基础学科和临床学科的有机结合。在儿科临床见习中笔者对传统的教学方式进行了一些改革性尝试,即结合授课内容,进行了以问题为基础的PBL的教学实践,收到了良好的效果。
PBL(Problem-based learning) is a problem-oriented teaching model,based on "teacher-guided,student-centered" approach.Specifically,the teachers announce a list of problems before class,then the students provoke an investigation to find information for the problems and discuss the problems in group,at last the teacher made a summary.Compared with traditional teaching methods,PBL emphasize on the combination of basic science and clinical disciplines,and is more likely to arouse initiative,enthusiasm and creativity in students.In clinical pediatric practice,we made reforms based on the traditional way of teaching by conducing PBL problem-based teaching practice,which achieved good results.
