酒精湿敷治疗老年PICC置管固定敷贴致皮肤过敏反应效果观察

Therapeutic effect of alcohol wet packing in the treatment of skin allergy to stick film after PICC insertion

目的观察75%酒精湿敷治疗PICC置管固定敷贴致过敏反应疗效。方法将30例PICC穿刺固定敷贴所致皮肤过敏反应老年患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各15例。对照组常规治疗,观察组采用75%酒精湿敷,7d后比较疗效。结果两组患者经治疗后,观察组显效率、有效率、总有效率均高于对照组,无效率低于对照组,观察组治疗效果明显优于对照组(P<0.01),差异具有统计学意义。结论 75%酒精湿敷治疗PICC穿刺固定敷贴致过敏反应效果显著。

Objective To observe therapeutic effect of wet packing with 75% alcohol in the treatment of skin allergy to stick film after peripherally inserted central catheter（PICC） insertion.Methods Thirty old age patients of skin allergy to stick film after PICC were randomly divided into the study group and the control group,each with 15 cases.The control group was treated by routine therapy,while the study group received wet packing by 75% alcohol.Seven days after treatment,the therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate,markedly effective rate,and the total effective rate in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group（P0.01）.Conclusion Wet packing by 75% alcohol is quite effective for treating skin allergy to stick film after PICC insertion.
