摘要
在水平井施工过程中,大斜度井段、水平段岩屑会沉淀在井眼低边形成岩屑床;岩屑床极易造成钻进中钻压不能全部传递到钻头、螺杆钻具粘托、机械钻速慢、起下钻遇阻严重造成卡钻等问题,甚至钻进中直接造成粘吸卡钻。文章从分析形成岩屑床的影响因素入手,总结出在现有条件下通过采取强化钻进排量等相应的技术措施,优化钻井液体系和性能,防止或控制岩屑床的形成,对确保水平井大斜度井段及水平段安全钻进具有显著的作用。
In the process of drilling horizontal well,the cuttings in high angle interval and horizontal section will settle down at the bottom of well bore annular and form a cutting bed. Cutting bed would cause lots of problems:weight on bit could not fully transfer to the bit while drilling,gall on mud motor,decrease of ROP,make a trip would cause serious pipe sticking and even worse situation. Through analyzing the influential factors of cutting bed forming,the corresponding preventive measures were put forward,that is adopting high flow rate and optimizing drilling fluid system. The application of the techniques has obvious results for ensuring safety drilling in high angle interval and horizontal section of the horizontal well.
