作为人的本质力量的物化形式,科技带动了社会高速发展却又日益成为超出人类所能控制的,甚至是支配、压抑、奴役和统治人与社会的异己力量,窒息了人们的怀疑和创造精神。从伦理学的角度积极思考科技异化的成因并寻求解决和抑制科技异化、确保科技安全的思路与方法,澄清人们对科技发展的困惑,有助于促使人们全面审视科学技术的社会功能、彰显科技内涵的伦理价值、发挥人文社会科学的作用、加速科学与人文的沟通,也有助于完善国家现代安全文化体系、巩固社会主义核心价值体系以及更好地贯彻和落实科学发展观及和谐社会的方针与政策。

As the material expression of man's intrinsic power,science and technology brings about high speed development of society.Yet,they are becoming an ever-alienating force that goes beyond human control,oppressing,enslaving and governing man.They dampen man's inquiry and creative spirit.This article studies the alienation of science and technology from the ethical point of view and searches for the ways to both reduce the oppressing power and alienation of science and technology,and to ensure the security of science and technology.The discussion can offer a clear picture with regard to the development of science and technology,help examine the social function of science and technology,unfold the ethical value embodied science and technology,bring the function of humanities into play,accelerate the communication between science and humanities,contribute to perfecting our nation's modern security culture system,strengthen socialist core values,and help carry out the scientific developmental viewpoint and fulfill the guideline and policy of the harmonious society.
