摘要
目的观察次黄嘌呤的高尿酸血症小鼠模型的特点,为今后研究抗高尿酸血症的药物提供可靠的模型。方法选用尿酸生成的前体物质次黄嘌呤(Hypoxanthine),腹腔注射小鼠造成高尿酸血症动物模型,并且探讨造模剂的时效关系。采用生化全自动分析仪测定小鼠血清尿酸水平。结果次黄嘌呤腹腔注射后可复制高尿酸血症模型,且在腹腔注射后45min血清尿酸水平的峰值造模。结论直接注射生成尿酸的前体物质可以较简便地成功复制高尿酸血症的动物模型,可应用此模型,对受试药物进行实验研究。
OBJECTIVE To observe the characterized of hypoxanthine-building mouse model hyperuricemia,and provide a reliable model for future studies of drug resistance hyperuricemia.METHODS Use hypoxanthine i.p,the precursor of uric acid to build the mice model of hyperuricemia and the time dependent manner of the impact is studied too.Use the Automatic biochemical analyzer to test the serum uric acid levels.RESULTS The ip hypoxanthine hyperuricemia model can be replicated,especially for the ip 45min after the peak of serum uric acid level modeling.CONCLUSION The hyperuricemia in an animal model can be easily replicated successfully by the direct injection of uric acid precursors generated,which can be further applied for the experimental study of the tested drugs.
