穿心莲药材指纹图谱提取方法研究

Study on extraction method of fingerprint of Herba Andrographis

目的以建立指纹图谱为目标,研究不同提取方法对穿心莲药材化学成分提取效果的影响。方法采用不同提取方式、提取时间、提取溶剂及提取温度对穿心莲药材化学成分进行提取,并对提取物进行高效液相色谱法检测比较。结果以75%甲醇水溶液作为提取溶剂,80℃水浴回流2h的提取条件下获得的指纹图谱信息较为丰富,响应值较高。结论此方法简便、重现性好,可作为构建穿心莲药材HPLC指纹图谱的供试品溶液制备方法。

OBJECTIVE To study the effect of extraction method on the HPLC fingerprint of Herba Andrographis.METHODS Different extraction methods,solvents,extraction time,extraction temperature,and extraction temperature were used to extract chemical components of Herba Andrographis,and the components were comparatively analyzed by HPLC.RESULTS The optimal extraction condition were selected as follows：extracted with 75%methanol at 80℃ for 2h to obtain abundant chromatographic information with more chromatographic peaks and higher peak value.CONCLUSION This method was simple and convenient with good reproducibility,which could be applied to the preparation of sample solution for the establishment of HPLC fingerprint of Herba Andrographis.
