高效液相色谱法测定心通口服液中丹酚酸B、原儿茶醛的含量

Determination of salvianolic acid B and protocatechuic aldehyde in Xintong Oral liquid by HPLC

目的用HPLC法测定心通口服液中几种有效成分的含量。方法以流动相乙腈-0.05%磷酸梯度洗脱,柱Inertsil ODS-3（5μm,4.6×250mm）,检测波长286nm,柱温30℃,流速1.0mL.min-1。结果原儿茶醛、丹酚酸B线性范围分别在0.0636~1.272μg、0.1009~2.018μg。结论本法重现性好,定量准确,可作为该制剂的定量分析方法。

OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the determination of effective components in Xintong Oral liquid by HPLC.METHODS Hesperidin,Honokiol and Magnolol were isolated by gradual elution with acetonitrile-0.05% H3PO4,The chromatographic conditions were：Inertsil ODS-3 column,detecting wavelength at 286nm,flowing rate being 1mL·mL-1and the column temperature being 30℃.RESULTS A good Linearity of puerarin,protocatechuic aldehyde and salvianolic acid B was in the range of 0.0192～0.3840μg、0.272～5.440μg respectively.CONCLUSION The method is accurate with a good reproducibility and can be used as a quantitative analysis for this preparation.
