Strengthen System Management to Avoid Phenomenon of Debts at Family Farms

家庭农场是提高农业生产组织化程度的重要组织形式。生产经营中存在的家庭农场挂帐问题,是农场发展的一大隐患。在调研湛江农垦华海公司家庭农场挂帐问题的基础上,分析导致家庭农场挂帐的原因,提出确立"职工为本"指导思想、完善企业经营管理、优化作物与用地结构、实施标准化作业等规避家庭农场挂帐的建议和措施。

Family farms make an important role in increasing the degree of agricultural organization.But it also has hidden trouble as debts in the family farms.This paper deals with the study of debts in the family farms in Huahai Company in Zhanjiang state farms,analyzes the causes of this problem,and gives advice on how to control it,such as establishing guiding ideology as ＂workers oriented＂,perfecting the enterprise management,optimizing crops and land structure,implementing standardized operations,and so on.
