On How to Solve Difficulties for Migrant Workers of New Generation to Participate Urban Sports Welfare

新生代农民工融入城市体育是由体育大国迈向体育强国进程中急需解决的问题。运用文献资料调研等方法,从城市融入的角度,解析了新生代农民工参与体育的困境。通过实行户籍制度改革,实现身份转变;顺应城镇化进程,完善社会保障体系;缩小城乡差别,实现公共体育一体化;消除心理隔阂,重视体育文化建设;加强社区管理,融入城市社区体育等措施来消解现实困境。

How to take into urban sports service new generation of migrant workers has become an urgent task for our nation to transfer itself from a country with huge sports population into a real sports power in the world. The research, aided by docu- ments consultation and standing on vantage of the urban integration, is an effort to analyze the plight of new generation mi- grant workers＇ participation into the urban sports service. The result indicates that the introduction of the household registra- tion system reform is a way for this population to achieve identity transformation. Meanwhile, it is of necessity to comply with the process of urbanization by improving social security system and by narrowing the urban - rural gap, an only path to realize the integration of public sports. It is also of great importance to eliminate the psychological barriers and to attach attention to sports culture. It is, finally, very advisable to strengthen community management by enhancing their integration into urban community and make accessible those sports facilities and other services.
