摘要 有关游客满意度的研究多以其评价模型或方法本身为研究对象,运用研究也往往是从归纳的角度,以实证检验为目的。而将它作为一般理论工具对相关问题进行演绎研究的文献尚不多见。论文以湖南省郴州市为例,采用模糊综合评价模型和方法,在对旅郴游客满意度进行定量评价的基础上,从演绎的角度,提出了更具针对性和操作性的郴州市旅游开发转型的相应对策。此研究思路也能为其他旅游目的地转型升级研究提供一种方法借鉴和决策辅助工具。 About the tourist satisfaction,many researchers took its evaluation model as the research objects,and its utilization is often limited to test the evaluation model and methods empirically,while a few of papers researched the problems related to tourist satisfaction with deductive method.This paper makes a quantitative assessment of the satisfaction degrees of tourists to Chenzhou city with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.Based on the result,the customized and operable countermeasures are put forward for the transformation and upgrading of Chenzhou tourism in this paper.This method also is a decision-making assistant to grasp the circumstances of tourist satisfaction in other tourist destinations exactly for the managers to redevelop their tourist areas.
