摘要
针对电解铝箔过程中产生大量含氟强酸性废水中铝含量的快速检测问题,本文采用EDTA络合滴定法测定酸性含氟废水中的铝,从干扰离子对铝含量测定的影响、酸度的选择及终点的判断等方面来进行研究。用标准加入法和实际样品的多次测定来验证该方法的精密度和准确度,回收率在97%~102.2%之间。此方法准确度高,方便、快捷、易于操作,有利于在中小型电解铝箔厂推广应用。
There is a large amount of strong acid wastewater containing fluorine ion generated during electrolytic aluminum foil processing.This paper will investigate the EDTA complexometry fast measuring method to determine the aluminum content in wastewater.The study covers the impact of interfered ions on aluminum content measurement,acidity selection,and the determination of ending point.Using standard addition method and multiple measurements on samples,it demonstrates that the EDTA complexometry method satisfies the requirements in precision and accuracy.The aluminum recoveries are between 97% and 102.2%.This method is simple,fast,accurate and ease to use.Also it is beneficial for the application in middle or small-sized electrolytic aluminum foil enterprises.
