高校院系档案管理问题的制度性思考

我国大多高校院系档案管理长期存在应归档文件材料归档不全、管理不规范和管理手段落后等问题,其根本原因是未实行文档一体化制度,未坚持集中统一管理原则,未定期进行检查、考核等。解决这些问题的关键是完善院系档案管理制度和强化这些制度的落实。

There are some problems in file management in schools of most universities.The fundamental reasons are the files haven＇t been managed in an integrated system while following centralized management principle and haven＇t been examined and checked regularly.The methods to solve the problems are to promote school file management system and to enforce the implementation of the system.
