Implementation of Automatic Control for the Straw Material Unloading Trolley in the DCS

本文介绍了从实际条件出发，应用DCS和位置检测开关实现的原料卸料小车的自动控制。在该系统中，根据实际工艺需求编写应用程序，以适应不同工况的控制要求。该系统具有成本低、控制可靠的特点。自投运以来，运行可靠，实现了卸料小车的自动选仓下料、自动启停及电气联锁保护等功能，该技术具有一定的应用推广价值。

In this paper, the authors introduce that the automatic control of the straw material unloading trolley by applying the DCS and the position detecting switches proceeding from the practical conditions. In this system, the application programs are programmed as per the practical technology needs to meet the control requirements for the various working conditions. The system is of the characteristics of low cost and reliable control. Since put the system into operation, its operation is reliable, the functions of automatic feeding with storage bin selecting, automatic start/stop and electrical interlocks and protections have been achieved, and the technique is worth of wide spreading.
