纸机密闭气罩控制系统的设计与实现

摘要 该文简介了纸机密闭气罩的装置结构与工艺流程,重点描述了该密闭气罩控制系统的设计,该控制系统由PLC控制变频器运行。作者对所涉及的系统硬件、软件设计等问题进行了较为详细的阐述。该控制系统已经应用于中小型纸机,生产实践表明,该纸机的产量和稳定性明显地得到了提高。 The paper briefly introduces the device structure and the technological process of the airtight gas hood of paper machine with the emphasis on the description of the control system design of the airtight hood, in this system, the operations of the frequency converters are controlled by means of the PLC. The author elaborates the issues for the hardware and the software designs of the system involved. The control system has been applied in small and medium size paper machines; the production practice demonstrates that the output and stability of the paper machine have obviously been enhanced.
