摘要
测定了桉木纸浆纤维形态,探讨了桉木纤维与水泥的相适性,采用半干法制备桉木纤维水泥板。研究结果表明:桉木纸浆纤维的平均长度为2.8mm,属于长纤维;桉木纤维对水泥的阻凝作用较小,与水泥有较好的相适性,可直接用于制备水泥纤维板;木灰比和水灰比对板材的性能具有显著的影响,当木灰比为0.22、水灰比为0.42、目标密度为1.3g/cm3时,压制出的纤维水泥板静曲强度可达14MPa,弹性模量可达3900MPa,24h吸水厚度膨胀率为1.26%,均达到了水泥刨花板标准(GB/T 24312-2009)优等品的要求。
In this paper,the fiber morphology of the eucalyptus fibers was studied,as well as the compatibility between eucalyptus fibers and cements.At last,the manufacturing technology for cement fiber board was studied.The results are as follows: The average length of eucalyptus pulp fibers is 2.8mm belong to long fibers.The compatibility between Eucalyptus fibers and cement is good because of its inhibition,can producing fiber cement-based panel;Effects of the ratios of wood pulp fiber on cement(W/C),water on cement(M/C) were significant.When the conditions of the process were following that the ratio of wood-cement ratio is 0.22,water-cement ratio of 0.42,the density of the target is 1.3g/cm3,the wood pulp fiber-cement panel was meet the requirement of excellence(MOR=14MPa,MOE=3900MPa,TS=1.26%) specified in GB/T 24312-2009.
