Determination of Phthalates in Soil using Accelerated Solvent Extraction and Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry

摘要 建立了土壤中酞酸酯类的加速溶剂萃取(ASE)―气相色谱―质谱(GC-MS)测定方法。通过对萃取溶剂和层析柱的优化选择,得出优化萃取条件。同时,实验过程中采用铬酸洗液对实验器皿进行清洗,有效控制了环境中酞酸酯对样品的污染。该优化方法结果显示:平均加标回收率为89.5%~106.0%,相对标准偏差为1.5%~5.8%,检出限为0.01~0.09 ng/g。方法具有空白低、回收率高、纯化效果好、灵敏度高的特点,具有很好的应用价值。 A method for the determination of phthalates in soil has been established by accelerated solvent extraction(ASE) coupled with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC/MS).The optimal conditions were determined by selecting the best solvent and chromatography column.Meanwhile,the disturbance of phthalates in natural environment has been controlled effectively by washing experimental vessels with chromium acid.The result demonstrated the recoveries of the six phthalates were between 89.5% and 106.0%.The relative standard deviations were between 1.5% and 5.8%.The detect limits were between 0.01 ng/g and 0.09 ng/g.The method has the characters of low blank,high recovery,good purification,sensitive and a high application value.
