单纯夜间高血压患者超氧化物歧化酶、丙二醛与超敏C反应蛋白的水平变化

摘要 目的探讨单纯夜间高血压(isolated nocturnal hypertension,INH)患者体内丙二醛(malondial-dehyde,MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(superoxide dismutase,SOD)与超敏C反应蛋白(high-sensitivity C-reactiveprotein,hs-CRP)的变化。方法选取诊所血压正常的健康体检者110例,均行24 h动态血压(ABP)检查,根据ABP检测结果将其分为单纯夜间高血压组(INH组)40例和正常对照组(NBP组)70例,并对比分析两组血浆hs-CRP、SOD及MDA。结果 INH组hs-CRP和MDA水平明显升高、SOD明显降低,与NBP组比较有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论 INH患者体内存在异常的氧化应激及炎症反应,两者可能参与了INH的发病过程与进展。 Objective To study the changes of malondialdehyde(MDA),superoxide dismutase(SOD) and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP) in patients with isolated nocturnal hypertension(INH).Methods One hundred and ten subjects with normal clinic blood pressure(CBP) were divided into two groups according to the results of ambulatory blood pressure monitoring(ABPM):patients with isolated nocturnal hypertension(n=40) and healthy control(NBP,n=70).The MDA、SOD、hs-CRP were measured and assessed.Results In patients with isolated nocturnal hypertension,the MDA、hs-CRP levels were significantly higher than that in the control group(P0.05),but the SOD level was lower(P0.05).Conclusion There were abnormal oxidative stress and inflammation in patients with masked hypertension.
