摘要
为了解决准实时计费系统有较高的欠费风险,智能网系统数据业务支持能力及灵活性不足等问题,提出了一种实时融合计费系统的设计实现方法。采用了可定制规则分拣的预处理引擎、基于适配器模式的批价引擎和嵌入式脚本等方法,满足了灵活的多种业务融合计费需求;同时,还采用了多级消息分发、共享内存数据库等方法,保证了系统的实时性。经过测试实验获得系统消息平均响应时间99.9%小于400ms,系统单节点支持用户数由现在的300万提升到2 000万,混合呼叫处理能力由现在的2 400Caps提升到4 000Caps;解决了现有计费系统实时性差、对数据业务支持能力不足、不能处理海量数据等问题;具有高实时性、高可扩展性、高灵活性等特点。
The hot-billing has problems of high-risk business and real-time control capability,and the intelligent network system is inadequate for the flexibility and capacity of data service supporting,a novel design and implementation method of real-time integration charging system is introduced.The system adopts the presorting engine based on customizable rules,adapter mode-based rating engine and embedded script,which can meet the need of the flexibility for integration charging.At the same time,the system uses multi-level distributing message and shared memory database to ensure the real-time performance of the system.After testing,the average response time is below 400 ms for 99.9% requests.The number of users for single-node in this system upgrade from current 300 million to 2 000 million.The capacity of hybrid call processing raise from current 2 400 Caps to 4 000 Caps.This charging system has high real-time,high scalability,flexibility and other characteristics.
