摘要
针对减小机车运行时的横向振动及提高旅客乘坐舒适度的问题,采用DSP搭建的控制器对信号采样、滤波、去除趋势项、积分,减小时滞环节,实现对机车横向半主动液压减振系统的实时控制。研究结果表明,通过对加速度传感器得到的控制系统的信号分析和程序设计,所搭建的控制器完全能够解决信号处理中遇到的关键问题;仿真实验结果表明,基于DSP的控制系统提高了机车横向的平稳性。
For solving the problems of the lateral vibration of locomotive operation and improving the passenger ride comfort,a controller based on DSP was used to sample,filter,remove the trend term and reduce the lag.The results indicate that through analyzing and programming the signal of control system obtained by the acceleration sensors,the constructed controller can solve the key problems in the signal processing.The simulation experimental results indicate that the lateral vibration stability of locomotive is immensely improved by the DSP-based control system.
