摘要
介绍了一种利用轴角位置测量元件即旋转变压器,其控制频率为400Hz的正弦波信号,经调制处理使相位角与特定电压值相对应,产生出两路相位差为90°的信号,采用模拟电路进行设计,对其电路原理进行了详细的叙述,说明了它可工作在比较恶劣环境中。以其所具有的高精度和小体积的特点广泛应用于多个领域。
A multi-functional rotating signal processor is introduced whose main functions are measuring the element-rotating transformer by axis-angle position,controlling the sine wave signal with 400 Hz frequency,modulating and processing the phase angle which is correspondent with the specific voltage value,and generating two-channel signals whose phase diffe-rence is 90°.A design method of using analog circuit is introduced.The design scheme has high precision and small size,which can be applied to many fields.
