摘要
为了实现石油化工厂连续稳定供电、避免类似供电事故的重复发生,总结了在实际运行中发生的一起异地两相短路事故,结合报警信息、相应保护配置、测量数据和现场的实际情况,对事故发生的过程进行了详细分析,还原事故发生的真实经过,找出了事故发生的根本原因是单相接地故障造成的异地两相短路,指出中性点不接地供电系统零序电流大于30A和开关柜只装设两相CT所带来的问题,并提出相应的改进措施。
In order to realize power supply continuity and stability for the petrochemical plant and avoid the occurrence of similar accidents, a short-circuit accident occurred at another place is analyzed, according to the alarm information, corresponding protection configuration, measurement data and actual situation on site. The whole story of the accident was restored honestly. The analysis result indicates that the cause of the accident is earth fault, which results in the two-phase short-circuit accident occurred at another place. It is pointed out that the problem is neutral point which zero-sequence current is greater than 30A and there are only two phase CT to be mounted in the switch cubicle. Methods to avoid the similar accidents are provided.
