ABT1号生根粉在沙棘嫩枝扦插育苗中的应用

The Application Test of ABT1 Rooting Powder on Breeding of Sea Hippophae rhamnoides L.by Softwood Cutting

用不同浓度ABT1号生根粉处理沙棘嫩枝后进行扦插,结果表明:ABT1号生根粉可提高沙棘嫩枝的生根率并增加根的数量,各处理下生根率较对照高21%～79%,其中以100×10-6浓度处理1 h为最好,根数是对照的2.3倍～3.0倍;ABT1号生根粉对平均根长和最长根长也有极显著的促进作用。同时发现,插穗选择带顶芽或枝刺的半木质化枝条生根率高。

ABT1 rooting powder with different concentration was used to deal with Hippophae rhamnoides L.shoot in this experiment.The results were as follows： Semi-lignified branches with terminal-bud or thorns on female plants of Hippophae rhamnoides L.had higher rooting rate on the cutting propagation;The ABT1 rooting powder could improve the rooting rate and rooting amount.The rooting rate was higher 21% to 79% than the control,in which had the best rooting rate of 94% dealing with 1 h and 100ppm,and the number of roots was the control of 2.3 to 3 times.Meanwhile,ABT1 also had a significant role in promoting the maximum root length and the average root length.
