摘要
目的:通过分析不同研究者对内观的界定和测量上的异同,探讨如何推进对内观本质的研究。方法:对目前研究者提出的内观概念进行梳理,对多种内观主观报告量表从内在结构角度进行了分析和比较。结果:目前心理学研究中内观的概念和操作化测量上还存在较大的分歧,这种差异反映了研究者在对内观概念的理解、内观经验、研究背景和兴趣等方面的不同。结论:应该更加关注对内观训练者的质性研究和对内观效果的验证性研究,这将有利于促进心理学对内观本质多层面的认识。
Objectives: by comparing the different definitions and self-report measurements of mindfulness,this study attempts to explore the proper means to promote the understanding of mindfulness.Methods:the different definitions proposed by researchers were reviewed;the constructions of the different self-report questionnaires were compared and analyzed.Results: there are still many differences about the definition and operation of mindfulness,which in some degree reflects the differences in researchers understanding of mindfulness,their meditation experience,their research background and academic interests.Conclusions: to promote the knowledge about mindfulness,researchers should devote more to the qualitative research and investigating the outcomes produced by mindfulness practice.
