摘要
甘草酸是蒙药材甘草中最主要的活性成分.对甘草酸原合成工艺进行了一定的改进,通过正交试验,在研究范围内,筛选确定了制备甘草酸的最佳工艺:即参加反应的甘草碱10g(0.035mol),氢氧化钾17.7g和95%乙醇78ml,反应10h后得甘草酸.
Glycyrrhizin is the most active constituent in Mongolian medicine liquorice.In this paper,the former synthesis process of glycyrrhizin acid is improved.The optimal preparation process of glycyrrhizin acid was established by orthogonal experiment：licorice alkali 10g（0.035mol,） potassium hydroxide 17.7g and 95% ethanol 78ml,the reaction time 10h.
