淮北煤炭职工体育活动研究

On Sports Activities of Huaibei Coal Workers

运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法和数理统计等研究方法,对淮北煤炭职工体育活动的价值观和体育行为进行研究,分析影响职工参与体育活动的因素,并提出相应建议.旨在填补煤炭职工体育活动研究的空白,充实职工体育发展理论.

Conducted by means of literature review,questionnaire,interview,case study,and mathematical and statistic analysis,the study investigates and analyzes the influential factors involved in the athletics programs of Huaibei coal industries and provides with some advices.The purpose of the study is to fill up the gap in the research of sports activities of the workers and staff in coal industries,enrich the sports theory of workers and staff.
