针对目前霍州煤电集团公司的具体情况,探索发展循环经济的有效模式和实现的技术途径。在提高煤炭资源回收率的基础上,应加大对煤炭资源开采过程中产生的掘进矸石、矿井水等共伴生资源以及洗选加工过程中产生的煤泥、煤矸石和电厂粉煤灰等固废资源的开发与利用,变"废"为宝,实现可持续发展。

According to the concrete situation in Huozhou coal electricity group company to explore the effective mode of circular economy development and the technical way of implementation.On the basis of improving the recovery of the coal should intensify development and utilization of associated minerals resources such as tunneling gangue,coal mine water and so on in the process of the coal resources exploitation and solid waste resources such as coal slurry,coal gangue and fly ash of power plant and so on in the process of washing processing,become ＂waste＂ to treasure and realize the sustainable development.
