在深刻理解工业结构升级的本质和内涵基础上,如何测度和评价一个区域的工业结构高度化水平,成为学术理论研究和实践应用发展领域共同面对的一个亟待解决的问题。应用未确知评价模型对江苏工业结构高度化水平进行测度和评价,提出相应推动工业结构升级的对策建议。

The process of industrial structure advancement,which is the attribute of the industry structure upgrade,refers to the dynamic process that industry structure develops from the low level to the high level.The urgent problem that the fundamental academic research and the practice have to face together is how to estimate and appraise the industry structure level in a special region,based on the profound understanding of the essence and meaning.Applying the unascertained measure estimation model,the research measures and evaluates the Jiangsu industry structure level,and proposes some suggestions for promoting industry structure upgrade.
