摘要
为了研究Na2O和CaO含量对氟闪石玻璃陶瓷反应析晶的影响,进行三组不同实验.用X射线衍射(XRD)对烧结后得到的玻璃陶瓷进行分析发现,当Na2O含量低于6%,随着玻璃中Na2O含量的增加生成主晶相透辉石及顽辉石,Na2O添加量超过6%,析出了氟闪石;随着玻璃中CaO含量的增加而氟云母依然存在,新生成顽辉石为主相伴随有透辉石的生成.对玻璃陶瓷进行扫描电镜(SEM)分析发现,Na2O含量为9%没有加入CaO的样品由玻璃相、杆状氟闪石晶体和少量的孔洞构成,基本完成致密化.
In order to examine the effect of Na2O and CaO contents on the reactive crystallization behavior of fluoramphibole glass-ceramics,three groups of experiments were carried out.XRD results show that the main crystalline phases are diopside and enstatite in the sintered glass-ceramics while the Na2O content lowing 6%,however,when the content exceeded 6% fluoramphibole crystallizes.Fluomica remains in the sintered glass-ceramics with increasing CaO content,and enstatite crystallizes as main phase and diopside as minor phase.SEM observation shows that the sample with 9% Na2O and no CaO is sintered and densified well,and its microstructure is composed of rod-like fluoramphibole crystals,glassy phase and a few of pores.
