中国—东盟自由贸易区法律合作研究

Study on Legal Cooperation under CAFTA

近年来中国与东盟经济合作取得了突破性发展,但法律合作尚处于起步阶段。法律合作是中国—东盟自由贸易区建设的重要保障,以中国—东盟自由贸易区的现有法律合作机制为基础,通过法律协调途径来推进双方法律合作。创建透明完备的法律体系,整合相关法律,建立中国—东盟自由贸易区争端解决机制,为中国—东盟自由贸易区的发展创造良好的法治环境。

China-ASEAN economic cooperation has got a breakthrough in recent years, while the legal cooperation is still at the initial stage. Legal cooperation is an important guarantee for China CAFTA. This paper gives the following suggestions： on the basis of existing legal cooperation mechanism, promote cooperation through a coordinated way; establish a transparent legal system;integrate relevant laws; set up trade-disputes-resolve mechanism, and create a favorable legal environment for CAFTA development.
