祛斑养阴颗粒剂联合糖皮质激素治疗系统性红斑狼疮临床研究

Observation on Clinical Effects of Quban Yangyin Granules Combined with Glucocorticoids in Treating Systemic Lupus Erythematosus

目的:观察祛斑养阴颗粒剂对系统性红斑狼疮的治疗作用。方法:将80例确诊为系统性红斑狼疮患者随机分为治疗组40例,对照组40例。对照组以糖皮质激素为主治疗;治疗组以糖皮质激素加祛斑养阴颗粒剂。疗程均为3月。结果:两组临床疗效、临床症状、实验室指标改善情况及不良反应比较,治疗组均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:祛斑养阴颗粒剂合用糖皮质激素能更有效的治疗系统性红斑狼疮,改善患者的症状及实验室指标,减少治疗中不良反应的发生,提高临床疗效。

Objective：To observe the therapeutic effects of quban yangyin granules in treating systemic lupus erythematosus（SLE）.Methods：80 patients diagnosed with SLE were randomly divided into two groups with 40 cases in treatment group and 40 cases in control group.Control group was given glucocorticoids as the main treatment,whereas the treatment group took glucocorticoids plus quban yangyin granules.Courses of treatment for both groups were 3 months.Results：Comparison of the clinical effects,clinical symptoms,improvements in laboratory indicators and adverse reactions of both groups showed the treatment group was superior to the control group.Most of the indicators had significant differences（P0.05）.Conclusion：Quban yangyin granules combined with glucocorticoids can effectively treat SLE,improve patients＇ symptoms and laboratory indicators,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and improve clinical effects.
