泽泻汤合半夏白术天麻汤加减治疗梅尼埃病临床观察

Clinical Observation on Modified Zexie Decoction and Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction in Treating Meniere's Disease

目的:观察泽泻汤合半夏白术天麻汤加减治疗梅尼埃病的临床疗效。方法:45例患者均予以泽泻汤合半夏白术天麻汤加减治疗,日1剂,水煎服。10 d为1疗程,全部病例治疗1-3疗程。结果:治愈23例,显效13例,有效7例,无效2例,有效率95.5%。结论:泽泻汤合半夏白术天麻汤加减治疗梅尼埃病有较好的临床效果。

Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of Zexie Decoction and Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction in treating Meniere＇s disease.Methods：The modified Zexie Decoction and Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction were given one time per day to be decocted in water with 10d as a course of treatment.All the patients were treated for 1-3 courses of treatment.Results：23 cases were cured;13 cases were remarkably effective;7 cases were effective;2 cases were ineffective.The effective rate was 95.5%.Conclusion：Zexie Decoction and Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction have better clinical curative effects in the treatment of Meniere＇s disease.
