论中医针灸疗法在脑卒治疗中的作用与创建中国特色卒中单元

Discussion of Using Acupuncture to Treat Stroke and Creating a Stroke Unit with Chinese Characteristics

目的:探讨建立中国卒中单元的模式。方法:从卒中单元的特征、在国内发展现状、针灸治疗原则与卒中单元相通性等方面,论述针灸在卒中单元中的作用。结果:卒中单元融入针灸特色,提高了临床疗效。结论:针灸在卒中治疗中有着举足轻重的的作用,应该充分发挥针灸在卒中治疗中的作用,创建有中国特色的卒中单元。

Objective：To investigate the pattern of stroke unit with Chinese characteristics.Methods：Acupuncture＇s role in the stroke unit was discussed from the aspects of characteristics of stroke unit,development status in China and connection between acupuncture treatment principles and stroke unit.Results：The stroke unit was infused with the characteristics of acupuncture to improve the clinical efficacy.Conclusions：Acupuncture plays an important role in the treatment of stroke and should be given a full play in the treatment of stroke,thus creating a stroke unit with Chinese characteristics.
